How Does Your Program Work?

After signing up, you will receive an email with a link to a survey. In that survey, we will ask you questions to get a feel for you and your goals. We will create a macro-based plan using those answers or a specific meal plan based also on your virtual appointment. From there, we will set up a periodic check-in with your coach. Every time you check-in you will be required to update us on your progress in order to make sure you never plateau. This will assure sustainable, healthy, nutritional habits for the rest of your life!

Do You Create Meal Plans?

Depends on the plan you choose. The “In Depth” plan provides meal plans.

How Often Can I Contact My Coach?

If you are a Nutrition Balance Member; you will have once a week check-in’s with your coach. You will also have access to our members-only chat.

If you are a Nutrition InDepth member; as many times as you would like! You will have access to your coach at all times via email or text. Your couch will respond to your questions and concerns within 24 hrs. You will also have access to our members-only chat.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

We are sorry to see you go! But we are happy to see our clients become successful with their nutrition programs and go out on their own!

 

Email: memberships@freakinfitness.com. Request a cancellation. Remember, as stated in the membership agreement, there is a 30-day written notice of intent to cancel, otherwise you are responsible for upcoming month’s payment.
